This information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose case-specific information except as required to complete service or as required by law.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain service records, affidavits, and related documentation for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with Alberta's limitation periods and professional practice standards. Contact and inquiry records not associated with an active file are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to:
