These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, clients, law firms, and any individuals or entities engaging our process serving services in Alberta, Canada. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

1. Description of Services

We offer professional process serving services in Alberta, Canada, including but not limited to:

Serving legal documents such as summons, complaints, subpoenas, and court orders.

Skip tracing and locating individuals or entities as needed for service.

Affidavits of service and related documentation.

Rush or same-day services where available.

Services are provided on a per-request basis, with quotes based on location, urgency, and complexity. We aim to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant service in accordance with Alberta Rules of Court and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a law firm or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To request services, you may need to provide contact information or create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about the documents to be served, including recipient details, deadlines, and any special instructions.

Ensure that all documents and requests comply with applicable laws, including privacy laws and court rules in Alberta.

Not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, such as harassment or serving invalid documents.

Pay all fees promptly as outlined in your quote or invoice.

Notify us immediately of any changes to your request or if service cannot be completed as planned.

You grant us permission to handle, copy, and deliver the documents you provide as necessary to perform the Services.

4. Fees and Payment

Quotes and Invoices: We provide quotes based on your request details. Quotes are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., multiple attempts or travel). Final invoices will reflect actual services rendered.

Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other methods via secure third-party processors. Late payments may incur fees or interest as permitted by Alberta law.

Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically only if service cannot be completed due to our error. No refunds for completed serves or client cancellations after work has begun.

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be added to your invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

11. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
