For the rest of this summer, EasyProServe is taking $15 off the base rate on every standard process serve in Calgary, Edmonton, and the surrounding Alberta communities we cover. From now through September 30, 2026, the regular $185 flat rate drops to $170 — same three attempts, same photo documentation, same sworn Affidavit of Service, lower invoice.
If you’re a paralegal, a self-represented litigant, or a small firm that hires a process server in Calgary or a process server in Edmonton a few times a year, this is the cheapest your standard serve is going to be in 2026.
What the Summer Sale Actually Covers
The discount is straightforward, and we wrote it that way on purpose. There’s no coupon code, no hidden minimum, and no “first-time client only” asterisk.
- $15 off the base rate on every standard serve booked through Sep 30, 2026
- Applies in Calgary, Edmonton, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore, Canmore, and the rest of our Alberta coverage area
- Applies to every document type we serve — Statements of Claim, divorce petitions, restraining orders, emergency protection orders, eviction notices, subpoenas, court orders, demand letters
- Stacks with rush service if you need same-day — rush is still +$99 on top of the discounted base
- Sworn Affidavit of Service is still included at no extra cost (it always is)
The one note: the sale applies to our regular tier. Corporate Rate clients aren’t eligible — because their pricing is already better than the sale. If you’re a law firm, paralegal, or fellow process server in Calgary or Edmonton running real volume, our Corporate Flat Fee Rate beats $170 every time. It’s a negotiated, no-mileage, no-surprise rate that lives below the public price list year-round, sale or no sale. Contact us to set one up.
What You Pay With the Sale Active
Here’s the Calgary and Edmonton pricing while the sale is on. All prices in CAD, before GST.
| Service | Regular | Summer Sale |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Service (base) | $185 | $170 |
| Rush Service (same-day add-on) | +$99 | +$99 |
| Additional Defendant (same address) | $50 | $50 |
| Court of Justice Filing | $50 | $50 |
| Commissioner of Oaths | $75 | $75 |
There is no mileage charge anywhere inside Calgary or Edmonton city limits. A serve in Tuscany, Mahogany, Cranston, or Royal Oak is the same $170 as a serve in Beltline. In Edmonton, a serve in Riverbend, Windermere, Castle Downs, or Beverly is the same $170 as a serve downtown. Flat rate means flat rate.

Why a Process Server in Calgary or Edmonton Still Pays for Itself
Some clients ask whether they really need a professional process server when a $170 flat fee — or even the regular $185 — sits next to the option of asking a friend to deliver the papers. The short answer is yes, and the longer answer is what every paralegal already knows: improper service is the single most common reason a court matter gets delayed, struck, or sent back to step one.
Across our caseload, the top reasons serves fail come down to evasion, bad address data, wrong-time attempts, and an affidavit that doesn’t hold up under cross-examination. A self-served document delivered at the wrong moment, to the wrong person, without contemporaneous notes, is functionally no service at all — and now you’re paying twice: once in time, once to redo it properly.
A professional Calgary process server or Edmonton process server gives you four things a friend or a junior staffer can’t:
- Timestamped, photo-documented attempts — the contemporaneous record that survives a challenge to service
- Three attempts at strategically different times before we escalate or recommend sub-service
- A sworn Affidavit of Service drafted to Alberta court standards and signed by a commissioner
- A defensible chain of custody between intake and the courthouse

Calgary Process Serving — Coverage and Turnaround
EasyProServe is based in Calgary and serves the entire city flat-rate. That means every quadrant — NW, NE, SW, SE — every community, and every condo, gated complex, and acreage on the city edge. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from intake; rush service is same-day or next-day in Calgary for an additional $99.
Some of the busier Calgary neighbourhoods we serve weekly:
- Northwest: Tuscany, Royal Oak, Citadel, Edgemont, Hidden Valley, Arbour Lake
- Northeast: Saddleridge, Martindale, Taradale, Skyview Ranch, Cornerstone
- Southwest: Aspen Woods, Springbank Hill, Discovery Ridge, West Springs
- Southeast: Mahogany, Cranston, Auburn Bay, McKenzie Towne, Seton

Edmonton Process Serving — Coverage and Turnaround
Edmonton runs on the same flat-rate model. No mileage charges inside city limits, and the $170 sale rate applies the same way it does in Calgary. We cover the full city plus surrounding communities like Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Leduc on regular Alberta-rate terms.
Edmonton-specific add-ons worth knowing:
- Court of Justice document filing is available in Edmonton (+$50) — useful if you’re a Calgary-based firm with an Edmonton matter and don’t want to courier paperwork down to the courthouse
- Same-day rush is available in Edmonton with the same +$99 add-on as Calgary
- Affidavits are sworn locally — no shipping the docs back to Calgary for signature
Edmonton neighbourhoods we serve frequently include Windermere, Riverbend, Terwillegar, Summerside, Castle Downs, Clareview, Mill Woods, and the downtown core.

How Long Will the Sale Last?
The sale is on through September 30, 2026. After that, the base rate goes back to $185 unless we run another promotion. If you have files you know are coming up — September trial dates, fall eviction filings, end-of-summer collections work — booking before Sep 30 is the cheapest the standard serve will be this year.
FAQ
Do I need a coupon code to get the $15 off?
No. The discount is applied automatically to every standard serve booked between May 25, 2026 and September 30, 2026. Quotes, invoices, and portal estimates already reflect the sale price ($170 instead of $185).
Does the sale apply to rush serves and add-ons?
The $15 discount comes off the base service rate. Add-ons — rush ($99), additional defendants ($50), Court of Justice filing ($50), Commissioner of Oaths ($75) — are charged at their regular rates. So a discounted rush serve in Calgary is $170 + $99 = $269 instead of $185 + $99 = $284.
Is the sale available in Edmonton too, or just Calgary?
Both. The summer sale applies to every standard serve in our coverage area: Calgary, Edmonton, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore, Canmore, and the surrounding Alberta communities. Same $170 sale price across the board.
What if I’m a Corporate Rate client — or want to become one?
Corporate Rate clients aren’t eligible for the summer sale because their pricing is already lower than the $170 sale price. If you’re a law firm, paralegal, or process server in Calgary or Edmonton running enough volume to justify a contract, our Corporate Flat Fee Rate beats $170 year-round — no mileage inside city limits, no surprise add-ons. Contact us to set one up. If you’re not sure whether your firm is already on the Corporate Rate, ask and we’ll confirm.
Can I book multiple serves on one file at the sale price?
Yes. Every standard serve gets the discount independently. If you’ve got five defendants at four different addresses, every one of those base serves is $170 instead of $185. (Additional defendants at the same address are still $50 each on top of the base — that hasn’t changed.)
How fast can you serve in Calgary or Edmonton?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. Rush service — same-day or next-day — is available for +$99 in both Calgary and Edmonton. For a longer answer, see how long process serving takes.
Lock in the Sale Rate Before September 30
If you’re a paralegal lining up September files, a self-represented party with a deadline, or a law firm with a Calgary or Edmonton serve already on the docket — book it now and pay $170 instead of $185 per base serve. The math is small per file and meaningful across a caseload.
